SVA RETAINS PROJECT MANAGER FOR STATEWIDE ADVANCED MANUFACTURING PROJECT

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor (DLI) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has asked the Authority to administer a new Statewide Advanced Manufacturing Project that will help companies develop advanced manufacturing strategies.   The Project will engage industry stakeholders in an effort to establish an advanced manufacturing careers center, and provide federal and state recovery assistance.  The SVA retained the services of Dan Fogarty, a veteran of a high-performance specialty steels manufacturer, Carpenter Technology Corp.  Dan is also a member of the State Workforce Investment Board and the PA. State Board of Education.
